We discovered this maple in the town of Dunham in the Eastern Townships (Quebec) on a fairly cold fall day. Although it is on the edge of a road, it stands in all its dignity. He touched us with his bearing, his double trunk, his posture as a worthy representative of the maples of this region. In this piece, the bark is transformed into a quilt using cutting and collage techniques, revealing ancient figures.
